- What does “dedicated instance” mean?
- Your juuna instance runs on its own machine with its own Postgres. Your data never shares a server with anyone.
- What happens if I go over the event volume?
- Nothing breaks and nothing meters. The caps are merely sizing guides. If you outgrow one, we will email you about moving up a plan.
- Is everything really included on every plan?
- Yes: analytics, funnels, flow, retention, engagement, heatmaps, session replay, Web Vitals, alerts, CSV export and GDPR erasure. Every plan includes every feature.
- How does my data stay mine?
- It lives on your instance and nowhere else. Raw events prune on schedule, replays are masked and short-lived, and an erasure request deletes a person in one transaction. If you cancel, we hand you a full export and then destroy the instance.
- How do I pay and get started?
- Pick a plan and pay by card. Stripe handles the checkout, so we never see your card details. The moment payment clears you choose your subdomain and admin accounts, and provisioning starts automatically. Instances are usually live in about ten minutes.
- How do I change or cancel my plan?
- Any time. Manage your subscription at https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/bJe14o4rV1s2fqY8nkfIs00. Cancelling stops the renewal. Your instance stays up through the period you paid for, then we hand you a full export and destroy the instance and its backups.
