Terms of service

These terms govern use of juuna, a service of Muziris LLC. Plain language on purpose. Last updated 2026-07-28.

The service

juuna is a product analytics service. We provision and operate a dedicated instance for you, running analytics, funnels, session replay, heatmaps, Web Vitals and the rest, reachable at your subdomain or custom domain. Plans and sizing are on the pricing page.

Your account and payment

  • Plans are billed monthly, in advance, by card through Stripe. Your instance is provisioned after the first payment and stays up while your subscription is active.
  • Manage or cancel your subscription any time through Stripe's billing portal (linked from your receipt emails). Cancelling stops the renewal; your instance stays up through the period you paid for.
  • Volume figures on plans are honest sizing guides, not meters; if you consistently exceed yours we will talk about the right plan, not cut you off.

Your data

  • You own it. Everything your products send to your instance is yours. We operate the machine; we do not mine, sell, or use your data for anything other than running your instance.
  • You are responsible for it. You confirm you have the right to collect what you send (and, where required, the consents to do so), and that you will not send regulated data categories (payment card numbers, health records) as event properties.
  • Leaving: cancel any time. On request we hand you a full export of your data, and we destroy the instance and its backups within 30 days of the subscription ending.

Acceptable use

Don't use juuna to violate law, to track people who have opted out where that opt-out is legally binding, or to attempt to access another customer's instance. We may suspend an instance that endangers the platform or other customers, and will tell you why.

Availability and support

We run juuna carefully, with health checks, daily backups and bounded retention, but it is offered as is, without a formal SLA on standard plans. We fix problems promptly and communicate honestly.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muziris LLC's total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to the email on your account before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
